'From a Swiss designer turned Londoner whose talents apparently lie in "typography, graphics, and cheese-making", Hitz is now laying out her new home on a trio of typographic prints depicting Greater, zones 1-3, and Central via tightly packed neighborhood names morphed to fit the size and shape of their respective areas, though to accommodate its space, Walthamstow is oddly spelled without any F's. She's also done Paris, New York & Zurich -- hit UrsulaHitz.com and admire the beauty.'

'Eigentlich stehen die üblichen Landkarten kurz vor dem Aussterben, iPhone und Navi sei Dank! Der Schweizer Künstlerin Ursula Hitz sei Dank, dass diese nun ein Revival erleben. Die Dame kreiert typografische Landkarten als Limited Edition in aufwendigen, von Hand produzierten Siebdrucken. Von New York, Paris und London hat sie bereits schon welche hergestellt und das mit Erfolg. Das Completely London Magazin hat sich bereits ihrer Arbeit gewidmet und nun befindet sie sich in der New Designers Ausstellung in London. Klingt vielversprechend. Spannend klingt übrigens auch ihr neustes Werk – eine typografische Karte von Zürich. Und unsere Stadt kann sich richtig sehen – respektive lesen – lassen.'
